Culture of the Spirit
The project was born from the idea of bringing together different languages, forms and styles, transcending all barriers. Poetry and music that are centuries apart, but still connected by a 'golden string': humanity’s spiritual awakening through art.
The love that moves the stars above
The result is an event made up of music, poetry and theatre: a unique journey through sounds and images to return to the source that created them, to find our own Self, the essence of our own soul.
“You cannot know the meaning of your life until you are connected to the power that created you.”(Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi).
A meeting of Western and Eastern traditions
From Beethoven’s surging chords to devotional songs and Indian ragas, travelling through the compositions of poets from completely different cultural backgrounds, such as Blake, Kabir, Shakespeare and Dante, this journey brings you forms of expression that are outwardly very diverse, but similar in their contemplative and spiritual nature.
This is a far-reaching cultural experience rich with emotions: a meeting of West and East that, through juxtaposition and fusion, gives rise to fresh, new sounds in a synthesis made richer by the exchange.
This journey is marked by the words of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, who inspired the Culture of the Spirit and dedicated her life to offering self-realization to people throughout the world.
For the first time, the Culture of the Spirit artistic movement is looking to establish itself in the field of international musical production with this inaugural product.
Theatre of Eternal Values is an international company, strongly desired by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and founded by Victor Vertunni together with artists from different nations and cultural backgrounds, united by a common objective: an intercultural dialogue based on the search for truth, on Self-realisation, and on the evolution of humanity.
Since 1996, it has held theatrical productions, concerts, festivals, workshops and training courses all over the world in the name of cultural exchange, and the awareness and understanding of universal values.
