Baloopa's Journey

Baloopa of the Mud People is no longer a child and not yet an adult. We meet him as he is starting to question the things that, as a child, he had simply taken for granted. The lack of satisfactory answers in his surroundings pushes him to set off on a journey.

TEV always had a desire to work closely with schools and the academic curriculum, in a drive to help reinforce the importance of basic moral values in young people, as well as encourage a love and appreciation of the art of theatre.
As a result Baloopa's Journey, which was spon-sored by the Arts Council of Great Britain, was created especially for a young audience. It is a colourful fantasy piece which looks at the challenging subjects of spirituality, ritual and belief systems.
